京都の歴史ある花街を拠点に活動するイラストレーター、アーティスト。
デザイン会社での勤務を経てフリーランスとして独立し、メディア、エンターテイメント、ライフスタイルなど、幅広い分野でイラスト制作を手がけている。
京都の文化や季節をテーマに描いたイラストマップはSNSで注目を集め、さまざまな業界から依頼を受けている。
2021年10月よりNFTアートの制作を開始し、世界中のコレクターから150点以上のコミッション作品を手がけてきた。
作品は、漫画やアニメなどの日本のポップカルチャーの要素と、浮世絵に見られる繊細な美意識を融合させ、伝統への敬意を大切にしながら現代的な表現として昇華している。
京都での暮らしと、世界中のコミュニティとのつながりから得たインスピレーションをもとに、日常に彩りとポジティブなエネルギーをもたらす作品を制作し続けている。
Yuka Kamogawa
She is an illustrator and artist based in one of Kyoto’s historic hanamachi districts. After working at design companies, she became a freelance artist and has created illustrations across a wide range of fields, including media, entertainment, and lifestyle.
Her illustrated maps of Kyoto, inspired by its culture and seasonal beauty, have gained attention on social media and led to commissions from various industries. Since entering the NFT art scene in October 2021, she has created over 150 commissioned works for collectors around the world.
Her work blends iconic elements of Japanese pop culture, such as manga and anime, with the refined aesthetics found in traditional ukiyo-e. While honoring these traditions, she expresses them through a contemporary visual language.
Inspired by life in Kyoto and her connections with global communities, she continues to create artworks that bring color and positive energy to everyday life.
